Welcome to The Richmond Pre-K Center “Cohort A”, located in Staten Island, New York.  The Richmond Pre-K Center offers free, full-day, high-quality 3K and Pre-K for All programs.  We have six state -of -the art facilities throughout Staten Island. Each site is assigned a site coordinator to assist families as needed.
